We have resumed some production at our factory, although our team remains on Furlough. It is our priority to protect the health and safety of our team, our customers and ourselves.
The impact of the Corona Virus is presenting challenging times and we are doing what we can locally to support our community, whilst following the Government guidelines on isolation and social distancing. We encourage everyone to help in preventing this threat from reaching our most vulnerable.
Myself and Friederike will continue to dispatch orders as long as we are confident in our own health and ability to dispatch goods without concern of risk to ours or anybody else’s health. Orders will be dispatched as soon as we can. In the event of either of us being unable to continue dispatching will also stop until further notice.
International orders will take longer that normal to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control during this crisis. Please do not hold us reponsible for delays. We are doing our best but making reduced weekly trips to the local Post Office to ship International parcels. Please allow 8 weeks from placing your order before enquiring about a refund if the parcel does not arrive. If you select International Courier, this is a tracked service. Please note tracking does not guarantee delivery in these difficult times.
