One hundred percent pure Belize cacao and Peruvian cocoa butter. We’ve carefully reduced the acidity and added Peruvian cocoa butter making this a very pleasurable and mild 100% cacao bar. Suitable for people following a keto diet or looking to remove sugar from their diet.

The criteria for ceremonial grade cacao is the same as that of craft chocolate. Essentially the cacao is grown on smallholder plots of land and supporting biodiversity, by farmers and indigenous communities committed to the wellbeing of their land people. We add no sugar, but a little cocoa butter from Peru to mellow the flavour and provide a cacao that’s not only super high in antioxidants, flavonoids and all the good stuff we find in cacao, but also tastes good and will serve well at ceremony.
