Dark Chocolate Buttons

This is the same chocolate we use for making our range of organic 100g bars. The cacao ‘liqour’ we use to make this chocolate comes from organic certified agro-forestry farms in Peru, typically from Piura and Tarapoto. The cacao is harvested, fermented, dried, roasted and processed into 100% blocks of ground cacao (liqour) at origin. Using organic Colombian cane sugar & Peruvian cocoa butter we turn the ‘liqour’ into chocolate. So our chocolate contains only cacao and sugar. You can read about where we source our cacao here.
