500g Dark Chocolate Couverture Buttons
This is the same chocolate we use for making our range of organic 100g bars. The cacao is harvested, fermented, dried, roasted and processed into 100% blocks of ground cacao (liqour) at origin. Using organic Colombian cane sugar & Peruvian cocoa butter we turn the ‘liqour’ into chocolate. You can read about where we source our cacao here.
