I have a newfound appreciation for speciality coffee after visiting cooperativacordilleraazul in Bellavista.

Going up 1200m into the mountains to see where the cherries grow, meeting the farmers, and taking part in a cupping at the cooperative opened my eyes to how much care, skill, and community effort goes into every single cup. ☕️

Coffee isn’t just a drink — it’s a story of land, people, and passion. I am grateful for the warm welcome and the chance to connect with the origins of something so many of us enjoy (and some of us deeply depend on) every day. 🙏
