Crafted in our East Lothian workshop from bean to bar, these drops are the same chocolate we use for our organic 100g bars. Made with cacao from the Selva region of Peru, specifically from smallholder farms in the Peruvian Amazon, this is agroforestry-grown cacao that supports biodiversity and resilient ecosystems.

We gently refine and conche the chocolate in-house, using pure organic cocoa butter (never emulsifiers) to achieve a smooth, balanced flavour that lets the cacao shine. For our milk chocolate, we blend in UK grass-fed organic milk for a creamy, rounded finish.

Tempered into easy-to-use drops, they’re perfect for baking, ideal in cookies, brownies and they will work in your favourite hot chocolate maker, melting into a smooth, velvety drink.. and, if we’re honest, are just as good for nibbling straight from the bag.
