We have just started to produce Chocolate from the Arhuaco. It’s makes a great tasting chocolate, as presents a challenge interesting as the chocolate maker, high in acidity and with spice, fruit and sesame notes. We have introduced a new technique, slow conching the chocolate to allow time for the subtle flavours to rise.
